unknown to me patch

I picked up a "ribbon" of 3 patchs that I would like to identify......any help would be appreciated.

Looks very much like some sort of Reichsbahn or NSKK patch to me. I'm leaning more toward Reichsbahn, though. The only reason I'm not 100% sure is because the only time I've seen this patch in a square or rectangle shape, it's been for the Reichsbahn, but it always had a date on it. Hopefully someone can give a definitive answer.
