They look like very early/pre-war shoulder straps for a Feldwebel (sergeant), but wait for someone more knowledgeable to confirm yea or nay.

These are 1st-model shoulder boards for a Feldwebel of Infanterie-Regiment 62 as worn on the field blouse. The boards were initially made of basecloth, which was changed to field grey badgecloth in December 1934 and finally to dark green badgecloth (as seen here) in September 1935.
The 1st-model "angular" boards were replaced by the 2nd-model "rounded" boards in 1938/1939 (rounded boards had already been worn on the Waffenrock since 1935), but continued to be worn long into the war.
