Anyone ever seen #s on collar tabs before?

Never seen that before, but obviously the absence of an eagle on the tunic or beret means this is extremely early (1933 timeframe) and you see a lot of anomalies when these uniforms were first introduced.
I have never seen this type of collar before either... maybe the ' S ' is for the Reichswehr Panzer Schule... (School).
