Is this a Wehrmacht foreign volunteer patch?

I have my doubts about this. It was in a lot of patches I bought, and the guy said it was a foreign volunteer's patch for Turkistan. I think Turkistan had a different patch for their volunteers. What do YOU think? Thanks for any help.

Well I did collect thise items when I was younger, I do recognize most of them ;but I can not always tell if they are genuine or not!
But we are on a good forum to learn about it!
Sinds I started again, I did learn the most on thise forum.

Your is a bit different as the one I am showing, but they do come like yours as well.
The one on my picture says “BiZ ALLA Bilen, TURKISTAN”: “Allah is with us, Turkistan,” equivalent of Gott mit uns .
I do not know what yours is saying, but I will try to find out.
