I have breast eagle from WW2 I received a couple years ago. Does anybody know if it was worn by soldiers in the Kriegsmarine or Wehrmacht? And what type soldiers wore them; was it NCOs, officers etc.?

IMO, these were to be worn on the white summer tunics, because they needed to be cleaned more often.
Gold was for the Kriegsmarine.
This one looks original.
