    Hello Pablo,
    more photos are needed. I see no red flag in both photos, even if i have never seen this maker's mark before. They could be privately purchased hard shafted boots used by an Officer. This type was not allowed on the field, the soft shaft only was, but as usual photos show both type worn, especially late in the war.
