Very nice Type 3 Iron build ACS, funny thing is: sometimes it takes years to find one (or a SMF Iron build) and sometimes it poors.
This is the 4th i see this year

The rollers ....are what is called Pebbling...and it looks worn down by use of the officer who carried it.

Congrats man. Great piece I shall compare this one with both mine Eisenkopfen to see if there are some differences.

As far as i know there has never been a pebbling option, this would more likely depend on the die and rough finish.
We see more differences in iron based alcoso guards, reverse shoulder wings pattern for example.
The complete iron setup was a short experiment and gave not always a fine result, as your scabbard proves.
