I don't know all of the nuances of the different makers, but it appears to be original to me.
Condition looks okay to me as well but, you'll have to learn to post larger photos for any details to be visible.
Congrats on your first!
Now you will have to find a portepee and hangers.
Ralph.
Searching for anything relating to, Anton Boos, 934 Stamm. Kp. Pz. Erz. Abt. 7, 3 Kompanie, Panzer-Regiment 2, 16th Panzer-Division (My father)
Late period production type and all appears to be a whole and unmessed with example including the scabbard

nice Heer Dagger ..... One of my favourite Manufacturers.
Word of Warning!! ....
Get some knowledge read Collecting the Edged Weapons of the Third Reich by Tom Johnson before you spend lots of hard earned cash on daggers ... only to get screwed by some dodgy dealer who will prey on your lack of knowledge.
Watch out for all the Vet bring back stories, Great Grandad took it off a Dead German, Loft/Barn Finds blah,blah!!.... There appears to be more stories like that than there was Daggers or Helmets ever produced.
