ww2 dagger original or not plz need help?

Hello! I wonder if this dagger is a original or not?
I´m totally lost at daggers and just wonder if this is the real deal or if it´s just a fake that I wont buy.

An old Spanish made fake of a Heer Officers dagger. Bad details are:

Hangers, scabbard pebbling, makers mark, crossguard eagle....
