I bought few pieces of gear from an officer of the 2/10 Dragoons of Canada. They were a reserve unit, recon armour.

The captain I got this from had an amazing history. He started in Canada being a Lieutenant in the 25th Brant dragoons, but in order to go overseas he signed on as a Pte with the 215th Battalion. He volunteered with the RAF, and became a Captain in 1918.
In 1944, he signed on with 2/10 Dragoons and was commanding officer until the war's conclusion.

The 2/10 Dragoons became the 57th Field Artillery after the war. This eventually became part of the 56th Field Artillery Regiment which is headquartered in Brantford to this day. Very interesting find!
