British Mark II helmet question

Dear All,
I would like to ask your opinion about this helmet (color, chinstrap....). And who is the manufacturer?

Clydesdale Stamping Co Ltd.
The colour looks to me to be dark brown,if so, then I think it has been refurbished post war.
Is the liner dated?

clydesdale stampings textured paint = army, chinstrap is possibly an add on, maybe israeli

In 1940, army helmets were painted khaki green, it wasn't until 1943 did they go over to dark brown.
Then in the late 40's early 50's some were refurbished using dark brown.

In your opinion is it worth to buy? The seller ask a little more then 50 EUR....
(in Hungary it is rare... I have not got any idea about the prices....)
