It's a Mk2 Brodie helmet. The markings inside the brim would give more information as to where it was made and when. They're usually close to the left chinstrap bale.
Can't say whether or not the net is original, but it appears to have the right amount of wear and tear.
EDIT: On closer inspection, it appears to have the two tone camouflage commonly associated with Canadian helmet nets.
