    Hill 192 - 77 years ago today. Pathed the way to St. Lo and thereafter Operation Cobra. Some of the most savage fighting during the Normandy campaign, and the 2nd ID lead the way - SECOND TO NONE! Miss you Uncle Charlie. Jim G.

    Missed this last year Jim. Great tribute.

    So...The Heeby Jeeby Greek" had quite the first Anglo name. Was that his birth name or an Anglicized version. I know my Dad changed his name (first and last) as no one could pronounce it! LoL
