H.W. painted to the front, Head Warden?
Or as many company names as you like to mention, Harland & Wolff maybe.
If a head warden it would normally be white with bands & diamonds, but we all know how lax things were on the HF when it came to markings.
Hospital Warden, maybe? Half the fun of these Home Front lids is trying to decipher the meaning of the markings.
