    Underneath the SPBC ARP transfer are a number of letters, HQ or O,STA??
    Could be HOSPITAL.
    Anyway, it's seen plenty of use/owners, one being M. Shepard.
    W to rear was added to quickly, as white paint has cracked due to black paint still being soft underneath.
