RAF Flying Helmet with Oxygen Mask. What Mk is it?

I have a RAF Flying Helmet but have no idea of the year or which model

it is. Any information would be most appreciated.

That’s a G type liner for the Mk 1 flying helmet (Bone dome) mid 50’s through the late 70’s with an H type oxygen mask of the same era.
