Staffordshire Helmet, MKII

    North Staffs possibility...
    Thanks Gary...how about Staffordshire Yeomanry?...They didn't have script under the knot...but I suppose any text would have been too difficult to apply anyway, using a brush...

    Indeed a fine lid Thanks for posting.

    I dont think its North Staffordshire, In my eyes it looks like either Staffordshire Yeomanry or South Staffordshire, but all 3 regiments are possbile as they all had battailons serving in North Africa.

    Staffs Yeomanry is also possible and had the crown but no lower scroll.
