Thoughts on this british mk2 helmet? Original military paint?

Seller claims that it was from the east Yorkshire 8th regiment. Any info would be greatly appreciated!

The helmet looks fine, it has age and is original. The net looks ok too. However I suspect this group of items has been put together given that the medal ribbons are new. Without better provenance I would suggest that you make a decision to buy the item rather than the story.
