Hey guys, I found this ad for a helmet. I have no idea what kind of helmet it is. It looks British but the liner makes me think its not a standard british helmet. The guy wants 50 bucks. Could you guys provide me with any information.

the large rivet on top looks unusual? it should have a slot for a flat head screwdriver? this one looks smooth like a plain rivet of some type?
