I used to paint aircraft models in the 70's when I was a boy, mainly British . I then started again 10 years ago for a short spell building Luftwaffe aircraft.
This year I tried my hand again by building this Il-2 Sturmovik using a hand brush rather than an air brush however I think I need more practice !

Models (assembling / painting - planes, tanks, figurines, busts, dioramas...) it's a great hobby.
As most of all, did a lot when I was a kid, then stoped and about 15 years ago started the hobby again (still modeling today).

    Hi,
    My 1/24 P-51:
    Very Nice job mate !
Im making the RCAF late war version P-51K for something different.
I like the colours and it should respond well to weathering treatment.
    Cheers Rick
