I think it's just another case of people who are unemployed and with social problems looking for scapegoats. Same thing as in nazi days happens today's society. Thankfully a horrible far right person has not come to power in a major country.

As the WWII generation dies off fools don't understand what losing their young men in combat, food shortages, starvation after the war and having their cities bombed into piles of rubble with very high civilian casualty rates are like. What morons.
