Does an early endorsed Mein Kampf have any value?

Today I bought a copy of Mein Kampf officially endorsed on 29 September 1937 to Karl Lavin by the Bergermeister of Petershagen.
Inside it is a leaflet apparently issued by GeneralFeldmarschall Paulus on 8 August 1944 titled 'The Teaching of Stalingrad.' The internet tells me this is a 'psywar' leaflet.
It is accompanied by a U.S. / British Safe Conduct pass.

Can you tell me whether this is anything to get financially excited about.
Should I seek out a specialist auction house, and if so which one.
Or should I just put it on eBay.
