I have a metal SS dish with DRGM and the year 1936 stamped into
the base. Are these two stamps correct and do they point to an authentic dish of this era?
Thank you.

It would be best to show us the entire piece...

Hi,
A few more images of the dish. It's 14x10 inches.

Hi Glenn,
Have any extra pictures appeared on the post?
Thanks, Mart
Hi mates. Not my area of expertise, of course.
But I think that in the forum section: "Art - Decor - Exotica of the Third Reich", some time ago I saw a series of similar marks, in case it can help. I don't know what the admins think about it

An internet search of authentic period marked items will show the stamp as D.R.G.M. with a full stop between the letters. The fact that the letter heights and spacings are all over the place, and the fact that the eagle and swastika are crudely executed, means that more than likely
this is an ordinary dish that has been pimped up for monetary gain.

Brett
