Karlstr. is right and the town is Zinnowitz. (It's on the Island of Usedom in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern.)

Not quite; it looks like "F. Tänek", "F. Tänck" or something similiar to me.

( I am not even 100% sure that the second letter really is an Umlaut; that might just be a spot above the vowel. So, it could be an "a" or even an "o" rather than an "ä".)
