German-SS Army Service (My GrandFather) research request

Does anyone have access to German military records in Berlin ? I recieved a letter from Berlin on my GrandFather, but information is missing for Russian campaign around December 1942 ...Thanks JHUTFLUSS

I'm not sure if I understand your question, friend...This letter is from the office you are describing, the prime archive! They state that any prior records appear to have been lost/destroyed in the war, and that this is all they have at hand...Which is actually quite a bit of great information, congratulations...!
