I am not certain, but I think that person is an NSBO person of the NSDAP, and not strictly speaking a PL person.
But I do not know. You have to post in the NSDAP section here. NSBO NS Betriebszellen Organisation. I will allow
my betters to define this term for you.

In looking at other sources, the PL did wear a dark tie in earlier forms of dress. It is not my thing, I am ashamed to say.

Anyone here that is in possession of the digital copy of the Handbuch der Reichszeugmeisterei from 1935? Would it be possible to find the 120/34, 121/34 and 188/35 RZM-codes in it or does it only contain the codes starting with a letter and a number (ex M7)?

The only list I have compiles the RZM codes in the form : M1/1, M1/2 etc.
