More great but poignant photos Santi, thank you for sharing them with us.
I had a search for the soldiers, but unfortunately I couldn't find any information.
Kind regards,
Will.

It is a shame that some of the markers are illegible, for the most part, the names are only remembered by their comrades. Just one is in the Volksbund. These small plots may still hold their remains far away in Russia.
Through a round about way I have found a card for the front right grave in the second photo.
Name: Heini Gustav Heikaus
Date of birth: 26.8.1922
Place of birth: Bochum
Death/missing date: 5.9.1942
Death/missing place: nördlich Stalingrad
Gefallen: kopfschuß
Panzergrenadier Heinrich Heikaus of 4./Panzer-Grenadier-Regiment 79. Shot in the head while fighting north of Stalingrad. His remains could not be found by the Volksbund for the planned transfer to the cemetery in Rossoschka. The regiment was not far north of Stalingrad. Casualties in the following days fell at Jersowka, on the Volga 10km north of Stalingrad.
Thanks for your efforts mates.
Regards
Santi

Hi Santi.
Thanks for posting this update. I really like it when connected items can be reunited.
Kind regards,
Will.
Looking at the pictures of Bruno Kurkutsch they appear to have been taken at the same point in time albeit from slightly different angles.
Totally agree.
The flower stalk on the cross stringer is the same.
Regards
Santi
