The signature on these type of documents are regularly facsimile's, I would be fairly confident in saying that is the case with your document as those 2 signatures are obviously not hand signed.

Second to last picture shows reverse of signatures with ink seepage and stress marks where signatures have compressed paper which you do not get with facsimile signatures. Lower ranking promotion certificates more often than not are facsimiles but seen a few hand signed for higher ranks, identical to this one.

If you look at both they are obviously not hand signed, the AH one is the easiest to see it. As the H cross bar stops at a perfect angle on both sides. Also they are both perfectly placed at 90* degree angle. So again its a facsimile im sorry

Have to agree to disagree on that one . Had several facsimile examples before and this is not one. You fail to explain how paper is compressed or why partial ink bleed is visible on the reverse. Facsimile prints never do that. OP was asking for infomation on receipiant which a knowledgeable and helpful member has supplied. Happy with appraisals and authentications already received so will leave it there.

I could tell you all the points why its a Facsimile and how you can tell the difference but you don't seem to be interested in opinions or learning, which is something all to present with a lot of new members.
My only advise would be please don't attempt to resell this as item with two original signatures, It is a fairly regular and common document.

Question on original document with Hitler's signature.

A good close up image of both signatures would settle the matter.

    Cheers, Ade.
