ME 109 wreck dive
Hi guys i have just come back off holiday in Crete and had the good fortune to dive this while i was there. It lies 26m deep, the pilot was on his way back from Egypt and had to ditch because he ran out of fuel, the tail end lies about 50m back at a depth of 30m there are three grouper fish living in it now and a mouray eel which i also seen. we had to wait untill there was no wind at all, before we could dive her and only just managed to dive her before i came back home. hope you like it as much as i did ,
Ronnie ..

Re: ME 109 wreck dive
Hi Ronnie,
Looks like a great dive! Do you know what model it is? Looking at the wide prop blades I'm thinking a late 'G' model, it's about right for the time frame, but I guess it could possibly be an 'F'.
Hope you had a nice time, Ned.
