Default Wehrmacht stamp in Russian language

    Hello,

this stamp is an older ground find of mine.
It was made for printing flyers to animate Russian soldiers to surrender and run over to the German side.
Unfortunately I can't find the correct translation anymore.
So I need your help in translation.
On the photo the stamp is already mirrored for better identification.

    Best regards,
    Austrian
