They appear to be from the WWII or 40's era, but could be later,
as they haven't changed much - if at all. ( Is there a maker on
the anchor ? ) I believe the rating is 'Midshipman'. Due to its
size, it could be for the lapel or a sweetheart item.
All very common.........
Regards,
Steve.
There is not a maker on the anchor, the only stamp is "Sterling"
The back of the buttons say "Waterbury Button Co." and "Conn." on each one.
The clover looking piece has a "R" stamp on the back
Not a whole lot of info from my part, but I do appreciate your input!
It also came out of the same lot of the WWI DSC so I was hoping these would be rare pieces as well
The other little pins are Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts.........
Regards,
Steve.
Like Steve said; very common buttons!
Especialy with that back mark, things would be a little (!) different if they had other back mark's.
cheers
