RAF Dog Tag research help

Hi all, I wondered if anybody could help with some research - my Uncle has asked me to look into some details on some dog tags he was given years ago. I don't really know where to start - could anybody please advise?

As shown in picture, I believe the RAF service no is 1074346, RK WILSON.

Any help or pointers would be very much appreciated, thanks as always, Shaun

I'm not sure that the service number is correct. I don't think such a number was ever listed.

Thanks black cat, strange... could it be an I in front, and the number 074346?

from my records that number fits in a block issued at RAF Padgate in september 1939.
