I could need some help here!

Pic's are not mine and we are trying to find out who's funeral this might have been.
We think it must be prior to first WW, there is a vehicle (car) on the pic.
The flag has not been indentified yet.
And we think the location is the jonction of Rhode Island Avenue and the 17 th street, Waschington.

It might be the funeral of William McKinley (January 29, 1843 – September 14, 1901), the 25th president of the United States. However, there are pictures that suggest that he was in a hearse rather than on a gun carriage.

    William McKinley - Wikipedia

The car looks to be an early electric car C.1900, although I have not identified the exact model.

    Hey Greg,

    indeed!
    Also my idea.

It also appears to be much colder during the last ceremony.
Check out the difference in cloth the civilians are wearing.
