No issues to my mind with regard to your “New Arrivals”.
You already know of course that the RZM M4/27 marked buckle is by Overhoff und Cie., Lüdenscheid and that the RZM M5/276 marked buckle is by Klein und Quenzer AG., Oberstein.
I am assuming that both buckles are die stamped steel, with the O & C example being nickle silver plated and the K & Q example, being silver painted.
Interesting perhaps to view these two HJ buckles side by side, being an illustration as to how some collectors have the skill to recognise a manufacturer, by simply the precise design of the eagle.
