Move to buckle forum, welcome to the forum, I have downloaded your pics and posted them, please do use a hosting site to post pics as they disappear and the thread is worth nothing in the future

Dear michals216,
I echo Ben's welcome to the Forum.
Your images are a tad blurry, however the buckle appears to be an original Assmann HJ with a so called "crank catch'. I am assuming that the markings to your buckle are the same as to what I have attached. The RZM tax label appears to be original and in simpatico to the buckle, however due to the label's affixing method, it is impossible to know if the buckle and the label started life together.
A perfectly sound buckle and as a matter of slight interest, a pebbled surface HJ with the so called "crank catch' is known to exist.
Regards and best wishes,
David
