A ' RZM U. E. 72' marked Paul Cramer from Lüdenscheid ..
Material: copper!?! , nickel-plated

opinions please...

I think that it is a nickel over steel buckle with rusted silver sieg rune

I have a couple of these. One with a brass rune and one all silver. Not sure why yours would rust like this. A very nice buckle.
