Assistance with 1942 Reichssieger badge

Gentlemen, I would appreciate your thoughts on authenticity please. However, from what I have learnt, when compared to the original badges the HJ emblem in the Center is raised and this one is not. Secondly, the wreaths on both side are not free and outlined, they are rounded. I would ask for your thoughts on this subject please. As always, many thanks in advance.

Wait for other opinions but, I can see casting flaws on the reverse, and that blue enamel, is not enamel.
I am not familiar with this badge, just observations.
