Gentlemen, I would appreciate your review and thoughts on authenticity with this ? HJ flag/Pennant.

If this were offered to me, I would not pursue it.
You photos do not show any of the construction methods so, that leaves us with little to review.
The quality of the chain stitching is quite poor. You need only compare to some other flags that have been posted in the past in this section.
