best info for HJ badge/pins verifcation and hints and tips

Hello folks

Another militaria sale beckons this weekend. I had an idea to look for some HJ pins.. The standard HJ diamond pin (don't know the name for this one), Leistungsabzeichen der Hitler Jugend, Hitler Jugend Schiessauszeichnungen
There is a sticky on people's collections but I'm looking for some advice - I will trawl through the 65 pages in any case.

I'm aware of the coffin shaped plate under the catch but what other tips can you suggest - or direct me to a forum link please?

In the upper right corner, you will see a series of tabs.
Search Thread, Rate This Thread, Display.
Click on the Search Thread and type in what you are looking for and hit search.
This will reduce the number of threads you need to look at.
