A good original. Many are missing the tags. The popular story is that they were found in an unissued horde find. The owner made the picker that found them rip off all the tags due to the swaz before he would let the picker take them. This style red was used for Oberbann 1 during the period that the Oberbann structure was in place, and then it was used as the symbol of the DJ worn in lieu of the HJ armband after the demise of the Oberbann system for lower D.J. ranks.

Now you can start searching for the rest of the Oberbann Sigrunes. These are one of my favorite insignia to collect.
