Hi all, I came across this pennant at a fleamarket. It looks ok to me, but I would like to hear what you all say, as I normally don't deal with flags and pennants. It is double sided and measures 8 inches high and 13 inches long.

mr coleman and mr hritz are the gentlemen to really comment here ,please dont take my opinion for gospel. i think it may be a bycycle pennent. i really like it,appears well made and like the clips,regards george w
