Early HJ Flieger Sidecap?

Hi all.
Looking for help on this HJ Sidecap.
Sorry for poor photos. I find Sidecaps impossible to photograph!

I’ve got this HJ overseas Sidecap to view pre-purchase and was wondering if anyone can help date it or tell me what branch it is? I think it’s from the Flieger HJ
There is no RZM label inside , nor any markings or stamps. Is this an early cap?
Also the piping is an odd grey/blue rather than a bright blue. Maybe it’s faded?
Any help would greatly appreciated.

Apologies. I’ve since been told it’s not a Flieger cap but the piping is correct for a Lagerpolizei cap.
