Hitler Jugend Miniture Proficiency Badge

Hi All,

I picked this up on my travels a few months back, seemed like a good price so even if it's not original I can put it to experience and it doesn't take up much space. A miniture Hitler Youth proficiency badge, there's no makers marks from what I can see.
I'm not exaclty a large person and this badge is really small, my camera was trying to switch to macro

It looks okay to me. I have one or two unmarked ones in my collection.
I would use a soft toothbrush, and maybe a toothpick, and attempt to remove the white dried powder.
