i would agree a dudthe materials its made with are wrong and the stitchings looks bad aswell imo
Hi Roland, I would agree.
Always best to stick to the regulation RZM pattern armband such as the one I illustrate below from my collection.
Cheers, Ade.
nice armband ade, there is also some nice wool multi piece construction hj armbands out there aswell. the slanted weave of that cloth gives it away as its of much more modern use if that makes sense![]()

Thanks guys, it's always good to post images of repros/fakes and get your opinions on them to help others who could fall into the trap.
Many thanks, Roland,
I agree with what has been said.....not good.
Cheers!
Rob
I don't like printed armbands personally. It is interesting to note the there are H.J. regulations that specifically prohibit printed armbands. I often wonder if the regulations were put in place to prevent the introduction of printed armbands or to stop the use of them.
Edit, here is a printed armband I have. Woven white band with printing similar to the one shown at the begining of the thread. I've had several people say it's good, but always adding I have one just like it in my collection, but I have my doubts.
