Both are made from aluminum. Yours can be polished to look the same. It's dulled over the years which collectors affectionately call it patina. Can't speak of originality of yours as these are the 1st 2 I'd ever seen over decades of collecting.

Thanks so much, Rich. I'd somehow missed your comment until right this minute. Funny enough, I purchased a second one, also from Jeff Clark which is also not polished (with the RZM marking right on the HJ diamond).
