    This pennant is coming to a local auction house, I do not know much about jungmadel items. Since I have a chance to pick this up I thought I might run it passed you gents first.

    I've owned a few youth pennents and I have never seen I like this one. From the looks of it I would say it not a good one. Marty

    The clips do look a bit "new"

    many of these early items were locally made and not standardized. This appears to be one of these. From the images, I feel it is period original.

    I agree, tough for me to make an entirely positive decision from the photos shown. There are lots of odd locally made Youth pennants and flags that look pretty dodgy but are good period items. Sometimes with these hands on up close inspection is needed to make a call.

    Looked like a good period piece in hand but sold for 150$ more than my top bid.

    Sometimes someone else is willing to pay more than we are for an item in this hobby. Good that you stuck with your top bid and did not go over. What was the final selling price?
