Great work Gerrit..interesting variations and time frame.
The community rarely gets a chance to see the forefunner type knives that the HJ adopted and transformed into their own style to be representative of that organization which the design is iconic to many novices just getting into the hobby.
For the advanced..these are already have been seen..but a good study tool and reminder to refer to when others have questions. this thread will serve as that tool ..and will be pinned at the top of this thread for future reference.
There are some rare variants in these photos provided especially the Bowie blade HJ.
Well done Gerrit for sharing with the community the rudimentary beginnings of the HJ knife.

Thanks Scott for the Anton Wingen thread of Hermann, as the seasoned collectors already know he has an impressive collection, and seeing so many rare knives on 1 shelf is just amazing!
