Help Authentication HJ Knife!

I’m thinking about purchasing this HJ dagger marked RMZ could someone tell me if it everything looks authentic?

It's pretty beat up, but original. I would wait for a better-quality knife and scabbard, but that is my own thoughts. I wouldn't expect to pay more than $150.00 dollars for a knife/scabbard in this condition and that's even on the high end.
