I believe this knife may have been re tipped, scabbard and hilt look practically new on this knife. More photos would help. I'm sure one of the experts can give a much better diagnosis then me.

I would like to see the inside of the scabbard, it looks good from these pictures.

The dagger itself is an early epack. So, it should not have an RZM mark. Looks like a fake to me. The 'E' at the makers mark is also weird.

RZM codes do start appearing from 1934, with some makers.

Otherwise should not two companies who are dealing with these blades been offering me a lot of money when I show them…
I have some blades, helmets and medals from The Third Reich but I do not really collect it because too many fakes around and if you ask 10 persons about an item, five will say it is a fake and the other five say it is correct…
I try to concentrate on other blades…
