Just got this, 40mm, flat ears and no prongs.

Any thoughts? Obviously private purchase but wondering if leather was folded over the prong bar and stitched?

The thread title is “40mm Prussian”, with as you know, the 40mm stated here actually referring to the height of the buckle. With this in mind, what other size or dimension (if any) are you looking for?
